Are all your coaches DBS checked?
Yes, all our coaching team are fully qualified, insured and enhanced DBSchecked.
Do I need to provide a packed lunch?
Yes, you will need to provide a packed lunch, plus healthy snacks and plenty of non fizzy drinks.
What happens during the extended hours sessions?
Because of the nature of our camps, particularly the fact that the children are so active between the hours of 9.30am and 4.00pm, we focus on more relaxed activities during the extended hours. Children will be able to play with lego, draw, play board games, complete jigsaws, watch DVD's etc.
Extended hours sessions are available at certain locations from 8.00am - 9.30am and from 4.00pm - 5.30pm. The cost of these sessions is £4.50 for each 90 minutes booking.
In the morning sessions children are given toast and juice. If you would like to provide your child with extra food to eat towards the end of the day you are more than welcome to prepare a separate lunch box that the coaches will keep to one side until 4.30pm.
How can I make sure my child is having fun?
We can pretty much guarantee it! But if you are genuinely concerned you are more than welcome to call the office at any point during the camp and the office staff will be able to call the coaching team to get an update for you.
Is there any medical care on site?
Of course. Should any accident occur there is always at least one qualified first aider on site.
What happens once I've submitted my booking form?
Once your form is submitted you will receive an Emailed response within 48 hours to confirm receipt of your booking. This Email will advise the details of your booking along with the methods of payment available. Your child's place is not secured on any camp until the relevant fee has been paid in full.
Where do I drop my child off and what happens then?
Drop off points at all our locations are advised in advance and clearly signposted. Our staff will always be around to ensure you know where to go. Once your child has been signed in, you are free to leave them to enjoy their day!
Can I pay with Childcare vouchers?
Yes, our camps are now OFSTED registered, meaning we are able to accept payment by child care vouchers. Please ensure you stipulate this method of payment on your booking EMail.
